Captain Bob Ullerich and his mates have decades of experience on the water. We are able to offer trips for up to 6 paying clients at a time per Coast Guard law. We specialize in:

*BOTTOM FISHING: Also known as offshore or deep sea fishing. We use heavy spinning and conventional tackle rigged with local frozen and live baits to catch Grouper, Snapper, Sea Bass, Trigger fish, Sheepshead, Porgy, and occasional Redfish, Black Drum, Jacks, Cobia and Barracuda. You can expect some bigger fish of the same species and more shots at larger species like Amberjacks and African Pompano. It is also not unusual to have Pelagic fish show up. We like to have baits ready for the occasional Mahi Mahi or Sailfish to show up near the reef. Reef fishing can include both bottom fishing and trolling. We use heavy spinning and conventional tackle rigged with local frozen and live baits to catch Grouper, Snapper, Sea Bass, Trigger fish, Sheepshead, Porgy, and occasional Redfish, Black Drum, Jacks, Cobia and Barracuda.

*TROLLING: We offer a variety of trolling options. We have nearshore trolling which targets King fish, Spanish Mackerel, Bonita. We have Deep water trolling, which gets into the clean, deeper blue water opens up the possibilities to large pelagic fish. We get Dolphinfish (Mahi Mahi), Wahoo, Tuna, Sailfish, Kingfish and Marlin. Some of these fish will be a catch of a lifetime. True drag screaming beasts from the deep. We will make sure to get plenty of pictures of your trophy catch. While we are trolling in deep waters we sometimes get the opportunity to use our electric deep drop reels to pull up some deep water exotic species. Such. as Tilefish, Snowy Groupers, Deep Snappers, and even Swordfish.

*SHARK FISHING: Trips can be near the beach or Jetties and even on offshore reefs. Typical sharks caught in Charleston are Spinner, Bull, Blacktip, Hammerhead, Bonnethead, Nurse, and Lemon.

*INSHORE FISHING: We will target Trophy Catfish (over 30 inches) and Redfish.
